A night high above the valley with breathtaking views and a fantastic starry sky. Under professional supervision, you will stay overnight in a rock face and enjoy the exclusivity of the Engadine. We sleep like the climbing pros on El Capitan. This adventure will certainly become an unforgettable highlight.

Procedure:

Approximate time sequence:
16.30 Meeting point at the office of the "Bergsteigerschule Pontresina", you can get the material right next door in the Go Vertical Shop Pontresina.
17.00 We take the chairlift up to Alp Languard.
17.30 We learn how to setup a portaledge and how to behave. Afterwards we move into our camp for the night.
19.30 While we admire the sunset and the last rays of sunshine at the summits, the mountain guide prepares a simple dinner.

07.30 From the Portaledge we can admire the first sunrays at Piz Palü and Piz Bernina. The mountain guide will bring you your first coffee or tea to the Portaledge. Then we pack our material together.
09.00 On the terrace of the Alp Languard we enjoy our breakfast. At 10 o'clock the mountain guide will say goodbye. You can now spend some time up here, go for a nice hike or take the chairlift back down to Pontresina.
