Swiss Hiking Night - Where the Moon and the Sun Say "Good Day" to Each Other

The Schweizer Wanderwege organizes every year in summer a weekend where every tourist institution can offer a hiking night for their guests. This year we have decided to participate and we are looking forward to take you to our mountains!

Highlights:

Sunrise, Breakfast, Hiking guide, Piz Padella, Celerina, Marguns

Procedure:

Meeting point at 01.30 in front of the Tourist Information Celerina (at the train station Celerina). Hiking leader Ruedi Wiesner welcomes and hands over a power snack to the participants to strengthen themselves on the way. After a 3.5-hour hike in the pale light of the full moon, you will reach Piz Padella (2855 m). Up there, high above the dark valley, you will enjoy a spectacular sunrise. To warm up and for a start into the new day you will have a cappuccino (milk coffee). Afterwards you hike down to the cable car mountain station "Marguns", where a good breakfast awaits you in the restaurant Chadafö, before returning to Celerina on foot or by gondola.
